Pansucchio is the flagship product of Alba Patisserie, a panettone that is different from the usual, made with just a few ingredients and all quality. Soft and enticing to the palate with a mix of sweetness and rum scent that wins you over at the first bite. To the touch it is soft, to the eye the dough is dark due to the presence of chocolate, and the inside is rich with candied chestnuts and pieces of dark chocolate, giving pastiness and sweetness, contrasting with the more bitter part of the chocolate. On the nose immediate notes of cocoa and the aromatic and caramelized notes of rum.
On the palate it is pleasantly sweet and gives off warm and round sensations, a real fall in love with the taste.
